You could always do a SWOT thing.
S (Strengths)
W (Weaknesses)
O (Opportunities)
T (Threats)
—–examples, just thinking—-
S-Maybe you were the first in the business
W-Maybe you lack capital to expand
O-Maybe Amazon just made it easier to deliver to your largest market
T-Maybe your brother-in-law just left the company to start a competing business after you taught him every thing you know.
The point is to write this stuff down. Then use it as a daily/monthly check list to make sure you’re on track.
